This is a courtesy translation of the Spanish original. If there is any discrepancy between the two versions, the Spanish version prevails.

This legal notice governs access to and use of the website truesight-product.bepart-innova.com (the “Website”) and provides the information required by article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE). By accessing or using the Website you become a user and accept this legal notice.

3. Purpose of the Website

The Website presents TrueSight AI, BePart Innova’s AI video analytics service for alarm receiving centres (ARCs). Among other things, it lets you request information or a free trial through a contact form, calculate an estimated saving with the ROI calculator and try a demonstration by uploading a video.

The Website is aimed at businesses and professionals in the security sector. It is not an online shop: no contracts are entered into through the Website. TrueSight AI is contracted directly with BePart Innova through the proposal or contract agreed with each customer.

4. Conditions of access and use

Access to the Website is free of charge, without prejudice to the cost of your own internet connection. You undertake to use the Website in good faith and in accordance with the law, this legal notice and public order. In particular, it is prohibited to:

• Use the Website for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms the rights or interests of BePart Innova or third parties.
• Introduce viruses or take actions that may damage, overload or disable the Website, the demonstration or the systems of BePart Innova or third parties.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to restricted areas or to other people’s data, or circumvent security measures and usage limits, including those of the demonstration.
• Provide false data or impersonate another person when using the contact form.
• Extract the contents of the Website in bulk or by automated means for commercial reuse without authorisation.

5. Use of the video demonstration

The demonstration (“Try the demo”) lets you upload a video so that the TrueSight AI system analyses it and shows an indicative result: whether or not it detects an intrusion, and with what probability. Files in .mp4, .avi and .mov format are accepted; if a file exceeds the maximum size the demonstration accepts, an error message will be shown. No registration is required.

By uploading a video you declare that you are entitled to do so and that the video does not breach the law or the rights of third parties. Do not upload videos showing identifiable people (for example, by their face or vehicle number plates) without their permission, or videos with unlawful content. Do not include personal data in the file name either. BePart Innova may delete videos that breach these conditions.

The result of the demonstration is indicative: it is based solely on the video you provide, does not guarantee identical results in other environments and does not replace a trial of the service under real conditions.

6. Prices and indicative figures

The prices, savings and performance figures shown on the Website, including the results of the ROI calculator, are provided for information and guidance only, are addressed to business customers and do not constitute a binding offer. The calculator’s results are estimates based on the data you enter and the cost assumptions displayed; they do not guarantee any saving.

The applicable price, and whether or not it includes indirect taxes (VAT), will be stated in the proposal or contract agreed with each customer.

7. Intellectual and industrial property

The names “BePart Innova” and “TrueSight AI”, their logos and other distinctive signs are used by BEPART-INNOVA, S.L., the owner of the Website, or by its licensors. The texts, images, videos, designs, code and other contents of the Website, as well as their structure and selection, are protected by intellectual and industrial property law and belong to BePart Innova or its licensors.

You may view the Website and, where applicable, print or download content for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, modification or any other exploitation is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of BePart Innova, except where permitted by law.

Third-party trade names, trade marks and logos that may appear on the Website, for example those of the alarm receiving centre management software with which TrueSight AI integrates, belong to their respective owners and are mentioned only to identify them. Their mention does not, in itself, imply sponsorship or endorsement.

If you believe that any content on the Website infringes your rights, write to info@bepart-innova.com stating the information needed to assess your request.

8. Links to other websites

The Website contains links to third-party websites and services, such as BePart Innova’s LinkedIn page, the corporate website or Google Maps. BePart Innova does not control those sites and is not responsible for their contents, privacy policies or cookies, which are governed by their own terms.

Anyone wishing to link to the Website may do so to its home page, provided that the link does not suggest a relationship with BePart Innova that does not exist, does not reproduce the contents within frames and is not used in a misleading or unlawful way.

9. Liability

BePart Innova endeavours to keep the information on the Website accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors or that the Website will always be available. It may modify, suspend or withdraw content or the Website itself at any time and without notice, for technical, security or other reasons.

To the extent permitted by law, BePart Innova is not liable for damage arising from interruptions or failures of the Website, from the presence of viruses or other harmful elements that are not attributable to it, from the use that you or third parties make of the information published, or from the contents of linked third-party sites. This section does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded by law, in particular towards consumers and users.

You are liable for any damage you cause to BePart Innova or to third parties through improper use of the Website or breach of this legal notice.

10. Data protection and cookies

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy. The use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in the Cookie policy. You can change your cookie choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the foot of every page.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law.

If you act as a consumer or user, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction, in accordance with consumer protection rules. In all other cases, and unless the law provides for a different mandatory forum, you and BePart Innova submit to the courts of the city of Madrid.

12. Changes

BePart Innova may amend this legal notice to adapt it to legislative changes or to changes to the Website. The version published at any given time applies; the date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
