Cookie policy
Last updated: 23 October 2026
1. Introduction
This is a courtesy translation of the Spanish original. If there is any discrepancy between the two versions, the Spanish version prevails.
This cookie policy explains which cookies and similar technologies the website truesight-product.bepart-innova.com (the “Website”) uses, what they are for, how long they last and how you can accept, reject or withdraw your choice. It has been drawn up taking into account article 22(2) of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and the cookie guide of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser or on your device and that allow it, for example, to remember your preferences. There are also similar technologies, such as the browser’s local storage (localStorage), which perform an equivalent function. In this policy, “cookies” refers to both.
Depending on their purpose, cookies can be:
- Technical: necessary for the site to work or to remember a choice you have made, such as your cookie choice. They do not require your consent.
- Measurement: they measure the result of advertising or the use of the site. They require your consent.
Depending on who manages them, they are first-party (managed by the site’s publisher) or third-party (managed by another entity, even if they are stored through this site).
3. Who uses the cookies
The publisher of the Website is BEPART-INNOVA, S.L., with Tax ID (CIF) B72780893 and registered office at Calle Albasanz, 76, 1.º Izquierda, 28037 Madrid, Spain. Its full details are given in the Legal notice.
In addition, two third parties are involved: OpenAI, whose advertising measurement pixel stores cookies on this site’s domain that OpenAI manages for its own purposes, and Google, which may store or read cookies and identifiers if you load the map. They are only involved under the conditions explained below.
Website usage measurement and the recording of the visit are not carried out by any third party: they are BePart Innova’s own tool, which sends the data to a BePart Innova server (medicion.bepartweb.com). The Website does not use Google Analytics or other third-party analytics services.
4. What the Website stores and loads
Until you decide, the Website does not store anything on your device, does not load third-party content and does not connect to the measurement server: it only downloads a small file of its own (bp-m.js, under 1 KB) which, without your permission, does nothing. Below is everything the Website may store or load, and when it does so.
| Name | Purpose and type | Duration | When it is used |

OpenAI’s pixel is downloaded from OpenAI servers (bzrcdn.openai.com) only if you accept advertising measurement. Its cookies are stored for the main domain bepart-innova.com, so they can also be read by other BePart Innova websites hosted on subdomains of that domain. In addition, the pixel’s requests to OpenAI servers may send or receive cookies that OpenAI manages on its own domains, in accordance with its cookie policy. The pixel’s “automatic advanced matching” feature may send OpenAI a hash code of the email address you type into the form (see the Privacy policy).
Formspree (to whose servers the contact form is sent from your browser) and Vercel (hosting of the Website) are involved in data processing, but this Website does not store cookies from either of them on your device. The Website’s fonts, images and videos are served from the Website itself.
The Website does not use third-party web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) —usage measurement is our own tool, described in the next section—, does not display advertising and does not embed social media content.
5. Website usage measurement and recording of the visit (our own tool)
With your consent, the Website measures how it is used so that we can improve it. It is BePart Innova’s own tool: the data is sent to a BePart Innova server (medicion.bepartweb.com) and is not shared with anyone. The tool’s core is not downloaded or run until you allow it (“Accept”, or tick “Website usage measurement” under “Choose” in the cookie notice). It is also never loaded in the area of the Website’s video analytics management tool, which is neither measured nor recorded. It does not use cookies: it stores some technical keys in your browser’s storage, those in the table above.
What is recorded: the pages you visit and how long you stay on them, how far you scroll, how you move the cursor and which elements of the page you click (with a short text of the element in which numbers and email addresses are hidden), which parts of the page stay in view, how you interact with forms (which fields you touch, how long it takes and how long what you type is, never its content), how the videos on the page play (start, pause and how far they get), whether you copy, cut, paste or select text, which other websites you go to from a link, which downloads you make and whether you click an email or phone link (without noting the address or the number). It also records which website, ad or campaign you come from (the UTM parameters and the ad click identifier in the page address, such as the ChatGPT Ads one), any search words that address contains, your approximate country and city, the type of device, browser and system, the language, the time zone, the screen size, some technical characteristics of the device and the connection (number of cores, memory, network type, whether you prefer dark mode or fewer animations), how fast the pages load and the technical errors that occur. The ad click identifier is recorded by the usage measurement even if you have not accepted OpenAI’s advertising measurement: it is a different purpose, carried out by our own tool.
Frustration signals: the tool also records the signs that something does not work or is hard to follow: clicking several times in a row on the same spot, clicking without the page responding, clicking and a technical error occurring right afterwards, scrolling up and down repeatedly or going back a few seconds after reaching another page. For each signal, its type and, depending on the case, how many times it happens or how long it lasts, a technical reason code, and the point and the page element involved are recorded.
What is not recorded: your name, your email address, your phone number or anything you type into a form. Your full IP address is not stored in the database: it is used at the moment the visit is received to work out the approximate country and city and to curb abuse and, in the server’s technical log, it is kept only truncated (without its last part) for 7 days.
If you also allow the recording of the visit (by ticking “Recording of the visit” under “Choose”, or with “Accept”), a replay of the visit is stored with the cursor movements, scrolling and clicks on the page, and the content of the page as it was displayed; not every visit is recorded, only a share of them. Form fields always appear hidden and nothing you type into them is recorded. The recording carries neither your name nor your email; if you get in touch with us, we may link your visit to your request.
Usage data is kept for 395 days at most (180 for clicks and scrolling) and recordings for 90 days; afterwards it is deleted or summarised in aggregate figures that cannot identify you. If your browser sends the “Global Privacy Control” or “Do Not Track” signal, the tool measures nothing and stores nothing in your browser, even if you have accepted: it only downloads its own code and its configuration, with no identifiers. When you withdraw your consent, all the tool’s keys are deleted, anything not yet sent is discarded and a last notice, with no browsing data, is sent to the server to record the withdrawal.
If you want the data linked to your browser to be deleted, you can ask by writing to info@bepart-innova.com (see the Privacy policy). You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time: .
6. How your consent is requested
When you first visit the Website, a notice appears at the bottom of the screen with two buttons, “Reject” and “Accept”, which look the same and are equally prominent, and a “Choose” link that lets you accept each purpose separately: website usage measurement, recording of the visit (which needs the previous one) and OpenAI advertising measurement. The boxes under “Choose” are not ticked in advance. The notice explains what each one is used for and links to this policy.
Until you decide, the Website does not activate any measurement: neither advertising measurement, nor website usage measurement, nor recording of the visit. The notice does not prevent you from viewing or using the Website: there is no “cookie wall”.
Continuing to browse or scrolling the page is not treated as consent, and there are no pre-ticked boxes. Your choice is stored in your browser. If you accept usage measurement, the measurement tool also records on its server that you accepted it (and whether you accepted the recording) and, if you later withdraw it, that you withdrew it, with no browsing data.
7. How to change or withdraw your choice
You can change your choice at any time, simply and permanently, using the “Cookie settings” link at the foot of every page of the Website, including this one. Pressing it displays the notice again with the “Reject” and “Accept” buttons and the “Choose” link, whose boxes show your current choice. You can also open it directly from here: .
- If you reject advertising measurement after having accepted it: the stored campaign data (ts_attribution) is deleted, the Website tells OpenAI’s pixel, if it is loaded, to stop measuring and the pixel deletes its __oppref and __obref cookies. If the notice is displayed again because your choice has expired and you reject, the Website also removes any OpenAI cookies left over from an earlier visit.
- If you withdraw website usage measurement after having accepted it: the measurement tool stops sending data, all the keys it stores in your browser (bp_v2, bp_s, bp_q, bp_int, bp_p, bp_r and bp_f) are deleted and anything not yet sent is discarded. Only a last notice, with no browsing data, is sent to the server to record the withdrawal. The recording of the visit, which needs usage measurement, also stops. If you withdraw only the recording, usage measurement continues.
- If you accept after having rejected: from then on, the measurements you have accepted, described in this policy, are activated.
- From your browser: you can delete or block cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings. If you do, the Website will ask for your choice again.
- If your browser blocks the site’s data (it lets nothing be stored or read): we cannot remember your choice and you will be asked again whenever a page loads. What you decide applies until you move to another page and, if you accept, measurement runs during that page with identifiers that are not kept.
When you withdraw your consent, the pixel may send a final technical notice to OpenAI indicating only that measurement has been switched off, without campaign or browser identifiers. The pixel’s code may remain loaded on the page until you reload it, but without taking any measurements.
Instructions for the main browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Microsoft Edge.
The cookies or identifiers that Google may store when you load the map are not managed by this Website. If you accept them and later wish to delete them, you must do so from your browser options or from the controls that Google offers in its privacy policy.
8. What happens if you reject cookies
If you reject cookies, the Website works normally: you can view all the content, send the contact form and try the demonstration. The only difference is that no measurement is activated: neither OpenAI’s advertising measurement, nor website usage measurement, nor recording of the visit; and the campaign parameters are not stored on your device.
Please note that, even if you reject cookies, if you reach the Website from an advert or a campaign link and send the contact form, the campaign parameters in the page address (UTM and landing page) and the language are attached to your message, because reading the page address does not store information on your device. The ad click identifier (oppref) is not attached if you have rejected advertising measurement or have not yet decided. This processing is explained in the Privacy policy and you may object to it by writing to info@bepart-innova.com.
9. Renewal of your choice
Your choice is stored in your browser for 12 months. After that period, or if you delete the site data in your browser, the Website asks you again. You will also be asked for your choice again if the purposes or the third parties that use cookies change, before those changes are applied. If you had already decided on advertising measurement before website usage measurement and recording of the visit existed, that decision is kept and you are only asked about the two new ones, which are never treated as accepted because you accepted advertising.
10. International transfers and third parties
According to their own terms, OpenAI and Google act under their own responsibility and may process data in the United States and in other countries. The safeguards they apply and how to exercise your rights against them are explained in their policies:
- OpenAI: measurement pixel documentation, OpenAI cookie policy and OpenAI policies.
- Google: Google privacy policy and privacy information for Google Maps.
For all other processing of personal data and for international transfers, see the Privacy policy.
11. Updates and contact
This policy may be updated, for example because of legal changes or the introduction of new tools. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page. If you have any questions about cookies, you can write to info@bepart-innova.com.
